Do I need my Bank Account Number to Deposit Cash into my account?

I have my ID, Debit Card(linked to my account number) and my mom works at the bank, but shes on vacaton now..so I'm going to need to deposit the cash on my own, Do I need my bank account #? because I have no idea what is it, all i have is my debit card and ID. Please help!!

All you really need is your name and/or social. They can look up your account. You'd need more info if you were withdrawing money. Some places you can swipe your debit card and type in your pin (the bank I worked for anyway) and it would pull up all of your acct # and info.  It is true they can also use the debit card number to pull up the acct. You'll be fine!

Go to the teller with your card.  The teller will be about to fill out a deposit ticket by getting the account number from your card.
