I live in NJ and I just read this http://www.state.nj.us/mvc/Licenses/EarlyBird.htm

and it doesn't ask for any SSN and it says for "civil birth certificate" does that means I need to show them my birth certificate from my home country?

  1. Well, I suppose in NJ that's all you need.  In my state we need to show 3 forms of ID, including a SSN.   Imagine how tough THAT can be when you're a kid.

  2. My state you need to show a SSN.  Maybe new jersey is different
