Do I need new glasses and prescription?

Whenever I squint my eyes they seem to appear sharper... do I need a new prescription or do eyes naturally get better when you squint them? Thanks

New stuff, that could strain your eyes

Squinting will always do that because it focuses light onto a smaller area of your lens, and it scatters less before reaching your retina.

It doesn't mean you need a change. It's normal to have that effect.
