Do I need plyers to change my nipple rings?

Do I need plyers to take out my captive ball nipple rings and do I need the ring closing plyers to put some back it? I just wondered if it was that hard and if they just made it easier or if i really needed them. Also I would like to have the ones with the ball that screws on instead but can't find any. Would anyone know where I can get some like that. Thanks

if its the same jewelry that your piercer put in, then yes you're going to need pliers.

but really to be safer on such a sensitive spot you should go back to your piercer to have your jewelry changed. the ones with balls that s***w in (barbells) can be purchased at the piercing shop as well.
