Do I need take the Inflight institue course to become a flight attendant?

I know this is an asset thing, but I have applied to many airlines and I have not received any answers.

do u recommend me to take the course, I really want to become I flight attendant

I am a flight attendant and I've never heard of the Inflight Institute Course. I applied with the company(with no experience) went to their training and began flying. Pretty easy! I will warn you though, my three weeks of training were unpaid. I don't know if everyone does it that way...

Check with Pinnacle, Mesaba or Compass. All small regional airlines and easy to break into. Good luck!
