  1. You dont NEED them, but they arent malicious.  Remove them from startup, gain some ram.


  2. the rthdcpl.exe belongs to Realtek Audio .... which is your sounds, so leave that one in the startup ...... and the alcmtr.exe is also Realtek monitoring service .... I would just leave them both in the startup if they are not causing problems
