Do I need to Gain weight ?

I'm reposting my old question

My BMI is lower than average. I need to increase it. I'm 14 although I'm not losing weight even though I am growing I'm not gaining any either. I don't miss meals. Help??

I have started puberty

My family keep annoying meby calling be a stick

because of my religion I have to be a vegetarian I'm not even allowed eggs

  1. brewing yeast. It has a lot of vitamin B, too. It will make you gain weight in a week. Either buy at pharmacies, as supplement, or in any place which specializes in brewing. Three pills a day/three tablespoons a day - depends on the product, and you are there. Good for bones and hair as well.


  2. no good that you HAVE to be a vegetarian..cause meat gives you protein, which is something you need for proper nutrition..

  3. well, try doing muscle exercises that will tone your body and slowly gain weight. and try and eat slightly larger portions when you have meals and until you reach you goal weight try to snack a LITTLE in between meals!
