Do I need to book campsites in Brittany and France for June this year when travelling with a Camper van?

  1. It is definately advisable to book in advance for camping site stays in France - they can get full much of the time, and have only a limited amount of plots with an electricity supply.

    Even though August is the busiest holiday month in France - the vast majority of camp site tend to attract lots of other nationalities. In particular the Dutch.

  3. I too, do not think you will have to book in advance if you go there in June.

    The July/August period are far more active because of the holidays.
