Do I need to buy a memory card for my new LG Rumor?

My LG Rumor is going to come in the mail sometime this week, and I was wondering how I can get music on it. I was searching through the question and they mentioned a memory card and being able to drop music files into it with my laptop but now I want to know if the memory card comes with the LG Rumor. Do I need to buy a memory card to get music, or does it come with it? If I do, how much does it cost? Are there varying sizes? Also, can you just confirm what I read about using my laptop to drag and drop files into the card?
