Do I need to get a visa in Scotland if staying there for more than 3 months?

I am from Ireland and travelling to Scotland next week. I plan to stay there long-term. Do I need to get a visa to work there from the start or do i need to get a visa after three months?

if your an Irish citizen then you are from the EU just like the UK, and so you don't need a Visa to work in the UK.

If you are an Irish citizen you can live and work in any EU country without a visa for as long as you want to.
