Do I need to go to the hospital? started with cramps in lower abdominal area, fallowed by sever gas, and now?

a liter of clear fluid discharge and still have gas and cramps, no fever is or has been present, this is day 3 and it seams to be getting progressively worse. im hydrated at the moment, no other symptoms. Ive lost family in the last month is it possibly stress?

I would go to an emergency room A.S.A.P.  it is never normal to lose so much fluid like that.  You did not specify where the fluid came out but I am assuming you did a #2 and it was all fluid.  If that is the case you might have some sort of infectious diarrhea like C-difficile which is common after taking a course of antibiotics.  This persistent diarrhea is the body's way of trying to flush out what it perceives as a toxin in your intenstines.  Drink plenty of fluids and get to a doctor or E.R. soon, 3 days is a long time and your electrolytes are probably all out of balance and that can be serious to your overall health.  Good luck and God bless......Mike
