  1. increase ur reps each week when it seems u cant do anymore than that weight and after 3-4 weeks increase wieght.


  2. If you are trying to gain muscle mass I would suggest 3sets of five reps and as soon as you are able to complete the three sets then its time to increase the weight by 5 pounds. this probably won't mean an increase every week.also do not work out every day.every other day will build more muscle.
