Do I need to pay insurance deductible if I was not at fault?

Does everybody have to pay a deductible (whether they are at fault or not) to claim any money for damages? I do not have full coverage insurance.

  1. yes, but sometime's if you are taking your vehicle to a body shop for repair's. You can get them to bury the deductible into the cost of the repair's. As long as you don't have to high of a dedubticle.


  2. yes, you need to pay deductibles if you are moving for garage for your car repair.

  3. If you are not at fault and let the other person's insurance handle the claim, you will not have to pay a deductible. Their insurance will pay for all damages to your car.

    If you are not at fault and ask your insurance company to handle the claim, you will pay your deductible up front, but should get it back when your insurance company subrogates the money from the other person's insurance company.
