My normal signatrue is only my first and last name, but I have two middle names, which is shown on my new passport when I applied. Must I sign my full name? Even it doesn't match all my other documents?

  1. Yes.  You must sign your name as it is shown in your passport.

  2. It's my understanding that you should sign whatever way you do your LEGAL signature.  I mean it should match the signature you've done on other legal documents such as your driver's license, your social security card, etc. Hope this helps.
