Do I need to submit birth and marriage certificate, divorce doc from previous marriage for I-751 application?

I am preparing the documents and have read the requirements but I am not positive if I should re submit the above documents again for the removal of conditional permanent residence.

You only need to submit divorce documents if you are requesting to remove the conditions separately from your wife (the person who petitioned you).

If you are referring to divorce documents from a previous married, i.e. not the person who sponsored and petitioned you, then no you do not need to submit them.
