Do I need to wear my retainer evey night.?

I got my braces out 15 months ago and I have worn my retainer every single night since then.

I am leaving on a trip for 3 days and will be back, and do you think if I dont wear my retainer I will have issues?

i've gone 2 weeks without my retainer before and it feels like it doesn't fit as snug as it did when i left but it took 1 night and it fit the same as it did 2 weeks ago

you should be able to go three days with out it. as long as you wear it offten your teeth should stay in place

You should be wearing your retainer every night, if your want your teeth to correct themselves completely and not become unstraight again. Make sure you wear it every night. Maybe a quick call to you familie dentist is a good idea.

but how hard is it to put in a retainer??

i would just keep on wearing it if i was u

juist imagine having to wear braces ALL over again just cause u didnt wear ur retainer for 3 nightd

from my experience itll be hard to get back in and quite painful.
