Do I need visa to enter UK? I'm a Korea born citizen.?

I was just wondering.. if I need visa to go to UK? Are there any special conditions for that etc?

North Korea,  yes, you will need a visa.  

South Korea, no, you do not need a visa for a short visit.

So really it depends where you are and what the purpose of your visit is.
