  1. In MA; you pay taxes on everything.  You'll be paying taxes after you are deceased.  I'm not sure the amount, I think if it's over $600 you have to pay.  And they'll get you.....

    That's why I abandoned MA like a rat from a sinking ship.  That state is doomed.

  2. Winnings in excess of losses are taxable income. Age has nothing to with taxable income. Your total taxable income will determine your tax rate.

    This applies to federal tax. I don't know what MA will do to you.

  3. age really doesn't have anything to do with paying taxes.  Visit IRS website for information in filing and reporting your taxes.
