Do I qualify for COBRA if I've been at work less than 4 months

Do I get COBRA if I've been with the employer for less than 4 months and on their Medical plan for less than 2 months.

Just call your previous  employer and ask for the benefits dept. They should be able to answer that question for you

Yes.  As long as you were covered the last day you worked, AND your employer is subject to COBRA.
