  1. your be qualify passport after when you have residence but wasn't live in uk before?good luck!!!!!!

  2. Do you remember living in the UK and taking an Oath of Allegiance to the UK? Do you remember getting citizenship papers? If not, then you're definately not a British citizen and will have to apply for a British spousal visa before you move to the UK.

There is no automatic citizenship with the UK via marriage.

  3. No, of course not.  You're not even an immigrant to the UK as of this time, much less a citizen.

  4. You should inquire of your nearest British Embassy or Consulate as to the regulations, or visit the Foreign Ministry's website for further information as to how and when you would qualify.

  5. where you from?  you won't be qualified to have british passport. apply for a spouse visa first. you have to meet certain requirements like residency period, etc.

If you are over 18 and have been living in the United Kingdom for the last five years (or three years if you are married to or a civil partner of a British citizen) you may be able to apply for naturalisation as a British citizen. You may also be able to apply for naturalisation if you or your husband, wife or civil partner is in crown or designated service outside the United Kingdom. Applications for naturalisation are made using application form AN.
