I'm a single female, 23 I have a full-time (for now, soon hours will be cut) job $7 per hour - no insurance offered... and every day bills that i pay on my own ex: rent, phone, electric, water ...

  2. I assume you're asking about welfare health insurance.  Generally, if you live alone, you must make less than $700 a month.  

    It depends on the whole household income, and the number of people living there.

  3. Based on the eligibility regulations in Kentucky, you will only qualify if you have children, are pregnant or meet the federal guidelines for total disability. Then you must also meet the financial eligibility guidelines.

  4. Start with your local city office and /  or your township.They will be able to direct you a little quicker. You can also go to the State office and apply for a medical card.
