  1. In Montana if your eighteen that law doesn't apply,  If your not eighteen then it applies.  I would look under Mass. driving law.

  2. I dont think so, I would read up on the Maine State Driver's manual.

  3. if its a permit yeah... but i have never heard of that...

  4. If you have a license, you can drive alone.  Some states have a graduated system that restricts night driving.

  5. Umm in california you can't drive alone for 6 months but thats only if you have a permit not your license

  6. Read your drivers education booklet. Every state is different. I can tell you that here in Kansas you do have to wait for 6 months after your permit to drive alone. but there are other restrictions to contend with as well. So read that booklet and you will know. If you cant find the info, call your local drivers license office and ask them, they will know for sure.

  7. I'm not sure about Mass, but in the state of Texas, you have to have a drivers license for 6 months before you are able to drive alone.  I think Mass is the same way.  I think though that age 18 you are considered an adult and may not need someone in the car with you.  Call your DMV and ask them.  Good luck:))
