Dear Geeks

I went to Best Buy to buy a portable CD player, one thing led to another and I left with a MP3 player, and this is the great part - it has a 2.4 inch video creen that's almost two and a half inches! I was looking for my Sawzall® so I could open the Sony plastic package when a thought struck me, is 2.4 inches going to do justice to the only movie I ever watch The Matrix?

  1. I have an ipod touch it has 3.5" and i used to have an ipod nano 3rd which has a smallscreen and it was good for movies

  2. Honestly, I think you answered your own question. If you only really watch one movie and like the idea of being able to watch it on the go here or there I believe your new device will do just fine.

Granted and I am sure others will say the same in this regards, this device will in no way enhance your viewing experience of your favorite movie.

If you are planning on going more on the go with other various movies I might recommend something with a slightly larger screen and more capacity like a video Ipod or any other of the various video / MP3 players on the market.

I will assume that you where purchasing this device as a MP3 player first and finding out your new shiny device can also play videos was a bonus feature.

One thing to keep in mind not knowing what type of device you bought is the size of video media versus MP3 media. The size of a movie will suck up a lot of space on your MP3 player if it does not have a large capacity.

    Hope that helps!
