  1. If you are a US citizen, then yes, you need a Visa to visit Argentina, Bolivia, Chile and Brazil, whether as a tourist or on a business Visa.

Please add what you citizenship is, this Visa requirement varies based on your citizenship, as per reciprocity on the country's foreign relations. The country of residence plays little on these requirements, so the fact that you live here in irrelevant. You can also just contact their respective Embassies or Consulates here to find out.

Without knowing what your citizenship is, this question cannot be answered.

  2. Contrary to previous answers to this question, U.S. Citizens only required visas for travel to Bolivia, Brazil, Paraguay and Suriname (in South America). If you are a foreign national, each nation determines their visa either on reciprocity (t*t for tat)

For nationals of all other nations, you should visit either the official web page for your nation's foreign affairs department or the web page of the embassy/consulate of the nation(s) [embassy/consulate in your nation] you plan on visiting. They should list entry requirements.

Haitians will need visas for Bolivia and Brazil.

  3. Interesting...firstly I think you should contact the State Department and inform them or your travel plans. They may

allow you to travel on your current Passport (from your

original Country) or tell you that what you need to do in

order to travel and get back here without hassles

  4. your question needs more informations, so we can answer you correctly , which country are you from ?

for all visas are not the same for all citizens .......

even if you live in the USA  , your passport of origin is what you should tell us .:-)

  5. yes to all

  6. If you will search using the terms (visa-{country}) you will find your answers.  It will take a little time but a more official answer than you will get here.

  7. Yes, I guest and you need to be vaccinated too to go to South America countries.

  8. why not ring their embassies. Or ask a travel agent, they're sometimes helpful, especially when you're paying them money for an airfare

  9. Yes. I think u need to get visa(s) because u are not  a us citizen or not a permenant resident. For example, my husband is orginally from Haiti and is a permenant resident. Also, He hold  his Haitian passport and it  expired recently but just applied for renewal passprt. (Luckily, we both went to Haiti last year which he dont need visa because he is perma. resident) Anyway, if u still want traveling other places in South America, I think you should consult with with US embassy for visas.

    Good luck!
