Do I stand a better chance to get a job and keeping it with the craps skill?

I dealt craps in a Monte Carlo nights enviroment for 4 years and know the game well but don't know procedure. I am going to school for Blackjack, 3 card poker and Bacarrat but do believe if I got the procedure down and practiced I could deal craps. Main thing for me is last thing I want to do is spend money to get schooled and either not get hired or easily get layed off. So I am wondering if haveing the craps skill helps you as long as you don't stink and can't deal anyway?

In Las Vegas, craps dealers are very desirable, much more than 3 card poker or baccarat. It's the most difficult game to learn and takes the most time, so most dealers do not bother learning it, especially the ones who's first language is not English (not being racist, there are just a very large percentage of immigrants dealing).

If you were only going to learn 3 games, they should be blackjack, craps and poker. Anything else is just icing on the cake.
