Unless you hear that Peyton Manning is not playing you NEVER sit him. I'm sure you picked him at #2 so why in the world do you play someone you just picked up off waivers that was recently named the starter? Besides the Bears D is not the defense of old either way doesn't matter. You start Warner your making a huge mistake.

I have the same issue but I'm going MANNING . He will be fine and give you a 300yd 3 to 4 td game

while warner will give you a 300yd game BUT 3 tds 3 picks thats just KURT WARNER

Look if you draft Peyton Manning or Tom Brady you play them every week no matter what (unless they hurt).  You drafted them to carry your team so let them do that.  It doesn't matter what the matchup is... you play them EVERY week.  They always have potential to have huge games.  Besides... the Niners Defense has vastly improved over the last couple years.. the only reason they still lost most of their games is because of their pathetic offense.  Plus the Niners are at home and so are the Colts.  Peyton plays better in the Dome.

Manning will be the better bet, although im not sure his knee is okay. That 49ers D is going to be miles better this season.

The 49ers D led By Patrick Willis will be in Warners face all day as Edge will not be a factor going up against the 9ers D that was 5th in the league against the run last year

I think Manning will still have better numbers than Warner. He would be better with only one leg.

ITS HARD TOO GO AGAINST MANNING HE'S JUST TO GOOD...SAN FRAN UPGRADED THERE DLINE THIS YEAR AND HAVE A SOILD FRONT LINE ZONA HASN'T HAD TO MUCH OF A LINE THE PAST YEAR AND WARNER TENDS TO STAY A LIL TO LONG IN THE POCKET I WOULD GO WITH MANNING HE'S ALWAYS THE SAFE BET ANYWAYS

I'd take Manning.  San Francisco's D will surprise you.  Also, Dungy wouldn't play Manning unless he's at full health, and if I know Manning the entire time he was hurt he was probably studying every second of every Bears game.  Plus, I think the Bears have a lot of weak spots this year.  Kurt Warner throws a lot of yards and the Cardinals are better than they have been in the past, but he tends to throw a number of interceptions.

Also, the Bears run a defense similar to Indy's.  Remember, Lovie Smith used to work under Dungy.  That's why Indy tore the Bears up in the Super Bowl, that and Grossman kept messing up.
