  1. Nope, no way....sorry.

  2. idk

  3. I assume that you are asking about the stimulus plan rebate.  It's not an "extra tax return check" but free money from the Federal government.  (A tax return is the forms and schedules you file with the IRS.  Any money you get back is called a REFUND, not a "return.")

If you owe certain tax or non-tax debts, any stimulus plan rebate will be captured and applied against what you owe first.  If your rebate is enough to pay the debt in full, you'll get whatever is left over.

  4. The IRS will take your tax return to the extent that you owe them money. If your return amount is lareger than what ;you owe them, then you will get the difference. So if your tax return pays what you owe the Federal government in full, then you should get your entire stimulus check. :If not, then they will take your tax return and however much of your stimulus check to pay off  the entire amount owed and send you the rest.

  5. if you qualify for the stimulus rebate it will be offset and applied to  your debt with the IRS.  You will receive a notice telling you how much you qualify for, but you won't receive an actual check.
