  1. Yes. But Uncle Sam has the right to listen in on your calls to the Hezbollah hotline.

  2. The Patriot act deals more with investigation then prosecution.   All the crimes for which one can be prosecuted are still found in the penal code.  If by the phrase 'be a rebel" you refer to your thought processes, then certainly.  If you mean wage war against the United States, that has always been considered to be treason.

  3. Yes, you have the right.

Ask the THOUSANDS of protesters we have seen the past years and ask if they have been impeded by the patriot act.

I'm sure they'll still say "yes".  But you won't know that by the way they freely protest.

  4. Until the Bush administration leaves office in January, I think the safe play would be to use the "right" to remain silent thanks to the Miranda act.

On 1/20/09, you can resumue your rebellious protester adventure with a lot more freedom, regardless of which candidate wins.

  5. Yes you have that right. While you are protesting, stop by a military cemetery and think the ones buried there. Don't forget the living vets and remember to think them. And while you are at it remember all the soldiers , marines, sailors, airmen and the coastguard that are still standing strong so that you can protest to your hearts content. Because you have earned it haven't you?

  6. Only if you protest abortion rights and gun control.

  7. Not in Denver while the Democrats are feeding the party line to the public.  Keep your trap shut.

    Repeat after the Great One!

CHANGE HOPE YES WE CAN.   CHANGE HOPE YES WE CAN.  CHANGE HOPE YES WE CAN.  CHANGE HOPE YES WE CAN. CHANGE HOPE YES WE CAN.  CHANGE HOPE YES WE CAN. CHANGE HOPE YES WE CAN.

Now you need to protest and rebel has been satisfied by "The Great One"  May allah bless your conformist ways.

  8. h**l no, don't you love all the new high tech surveillence stuff that comes with that? You are surely listed and with plenty of footnotes.

  9. Sure. But that doesn't entitle you to use violence to try and make your point.
