  1. Nope. If someone else claims you as a dependent for their 2007 taxes you are not entitled to the stimulus check.

  2. NO - if you or your brother are under 17, your parents will get a stimulus payment for you, but you/he will not.  If you are 17 or older, neither you nor your parents will get a stimulus payment for you.

  3. No, dependents aren't eligible.  If you had more withheld than you owed in tax though, you'd have gotten your refund, but are not eligible for the stimulus payment.

  4. no - they will aks you to pay more.

  5. No.

Anyone claimed as a dependent is not eligible, whether you pay taxes or not.

This will let you know for sure, but you're not going to be able to get one.

  6. No, dependents don't qualify for the stimulus payment.

Being a dependent doesn't mean you don't get a refund. If you have more taxes withheld than your tax liability, you will get a refund.

  7. Dependents aren NOT eligible for a rebate check of their own.
