Do I swallow the capsule or no..?

I've been having pain in my teeth due to braces, so mom gave me an advil. It's like a liquid, green capsule...but I've never really taken one before so do I swallow or is it OK for me to chew on it?

It depends whats in it. I've never been able to swallow capsules and always bite them but if you do make sure you have plenty of water. They taste bad!!

It's liquid Advil, I take them all the time. I can only use liquid pills. Just swallow it like you would any other pill. It dissolves faster and works faster. DO NOT chew it, just swallow it whole with any liquid. They also have Advil in a gel and Aleve in a gel but the green Advil are liquid Advil. Won't hurt you at all.
