Do I want a food dehydrator? And if so, where do I find one?

I'm trying to make something healthy that is sort of like chips. I was thinking of making vegetable chips, but I think I need a food dehydrator for that. Is that correct? Because I don't think the oven would work very well. But if I do need one, do you know where I can find one?
