Do I wear underware with spandex???

Question

Im doing volleyball again this year and its the first time im required to wear spandex. Id rather wear underware with it, but one of my friends said ur not supposed to... is that true??

wear a thong bec if you have an accident for some apparent reason it doesnt go right on your shorts and work its way out of the shorts. Trust me it saved me one time :)

Most people don't but it's not that you have to lol. You wear whatever you find comfortable. I suggest a thong though.

if it is with volleyball yes but if it is a biker spandex then you shouldn't

Just wear a thong or something.

I wear regular underwear but so does everyone else so lines dont really matter.

Yea, i don't think it is the best idea to wear underwear over spandex, I tried it before it was a kids spandex and I felt so tight with the underwear it felt like a wedgie.

by spandex i assume you mean under armour or like nike compression shorts?

no you do not wear anything underneath, although you could wear something on top if you wish.

I've been playing for going on 7 years, and i suggest you wear underwear, i'd reccomend a thong...I've played without underwear before, and it can get really uncomfortable especially because you sweat. And you wont have underwear lines too.
