No, certainly not automatically, but completing the IB program looks very good and increases your chances.

Depends if your school of choice accepts IB credits, which was a bummer for me, but some accept certain classes, levels among other stuff.

No they do not automatically get accepted into the college of their choice. It depends on how well you do, and if the college accepts IB credits in the first place. Certainly having a IB diploma helps, but does not guarantee admission to college or university anywhere.
