Dhoni and Yuvraj is busy singing on reality shows. But the one which shocked me was Sreesanth. He was dropped from team and if any Australian or South African was it,He would have been busy giving great performances in domestic circuit. But Sreesanth was busy dancing to Bollywood numbers in TV programme. This shows the attitude of Indian Cricketers (young). They are simply not concentrating on cricket and busy modelling and acting.I will not be suprised If India performs badly because players have gone hysterical.

  1. as i know india.. All India Is Dancing and Singing.

  2. YA AS SREESANTH HAS ALREADY STARTED TO DO AS IT . AS I WONT GET ANY SURPRISE IF ALL OF TEAM INDIA PLAYERS WOULDD START DOING THIS . BUT BRET LE SACHIN ARE DOIN THE SAME JOB

  3. you have used a word "HYSTERICAL" in your last sentence for Indian players, which means they are suffering of psychosomatic disorder, what makes you think that , they can't attend a function and not dance and sing over there. you just seem to be losing it by getting over critical, how do you know they are not concentrating on cricket, you should know one thing very clearly, the media in this democratic country tries to sell everything , which makes a reader interested and the things which are labelled by you as HYSTERIA get highlighted more than the conventional things they do on the field ~

i do think that you have some real issues with Indian cricketers and have got some kind of envy due to unknown reasons , which are best known to yourself !

let Sree come on the field, he will prove that he is a good pace bowler~

  4. Yeah u are right. It become so common to watch players in reality shows they are busy in this things

  5. Only some of the Indian youngsters are like that, who lack devotion for their game-not all. Guys like Dhoni, Yuvraj, and now even Sreesanth (according to your report), may have kept their precious moments preoccupied with some dumb reality shows, instead of trying to improve their game, but then again, there are others like Gautam Gambhir and Virender Sehwag, who doesn't lack committment, and always give their 100% to the game. So, it's not appropriate to generalize all Indian youngsters under that category. And as for Sreesanth-such things can only be expected from an immature fellow like him. Bhaji was much reprimanded for trying to correct his ways, but even then Bhaji remains a better performer than Sreesanth, inspite of his fiery temper. Actually, these youngsters are far too immature to resist the superficial glamour of Bollywood, and other such things.

Besides, our senior players have never indulged in this sort of activities even in their youth! Maybe, Sachin is going to make his Bollywood debut, but I'm sure it won't be at the cost of cricket. Maybe Ganguly has a passion for football, and he is to play it for promoting the game, but it's only a part of sports itself. But singing and dancing for reality shows? Nah! That's just too cheap for players like them!

It's not a good signal for Indian cricket, if those very player, who are being hailed as our future begin to show more concern about Bollywood and acting, and less on cricket. Not only are they ruining their careers, they are also creating a bad example for other youngsters.

  6. Looks like you are not familiar with India and Indians. They dance with the least provocation. They are a jolly lot. All our movies depict how every time they can burst into a dance, lol.

All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.

Sree dances very well. I too like to watch those reality shows. Is first time that Cricketers are seen on them.

Brett Lee is dancing in Hyderabad- shooting for a movie. No one grumbles as that is his life.

We do see Media reports of them practicing in the nets as well.

    .

  7. lol mahahahaha

indian people start singing and dancing after brushing their teeth in the morning so of course they do after leaving cricket!
