Do Indians need ECNR stamp on their passports to go to Nepal?

ECNR Stands for Emigration Check Not Required.  

Emigration check is done for all the people who are leaving their country to any foreign country.

In our country there is an option available acording to our indian home ministry, that if you are a degree holder then emigration check is not required for you.  only for that purpose ECNR stamp is affixed in your passport.

Even without ECNR stamp in your passpost u an travel to any country from india. so dont worry.

ECNR just clearify the embassy that this person is holding the genuine passport and education certificate.

Indians do nt need passport to go to Nepal. they just only to carry the photo ID card. ECNR does not reflect to your visa.
