Do Introverts have more saliva in their mouth than Extroverts?

it's common knowledge that Introverts speak little while Extroverts love the sound of their own voice.I wonder if this has something to do with it since Introverts might splash you in the face with saliva when talking.

Introverts choose not to speak when it is unnecessary.I for one do not ignore most of the questions when asked.

Dentist have a suction tube to suck your saliva so there is very little risk of a splash treatment except from the water cooling the drill itself.
