Any men really, in the main they do not tend to be as prejudice as their male counterparts. There are a lot of Essex jokes doing the rounds however.

The Irish take people as they are. They don't care where someone is from as long as you are friendly and honest you will be ok.  It's only the English that seem to have a problem of where people come from.

Dublin has some nice posh girls, they also have old slappers - like everywhere else - what kind are you interested in?

So that would be yes and no, depending on what you look like, do you have your own teeth, how much money you have, how you speak, do you have your hair in a "g*y and or bleached do" what kind of job have you got, how intelligent are you, can you hold a conversation , do you wear make up, are you a short ***, fat, ugly etc.

Like most women, they would probably favour your Northern cousins - real men - who they don't have to share there makeup with, though of course that is a generalisation, based on stereotypes too.

Irish men, even most teenage boys are extremely well mannered and polite, they are much more impressive than most other nationalities I find, so the competition is high - again a generalisation - but then so is the question.

Just ask the lady herself is probably the best idea.
