  1. Your design is really cool.

Home Depot & Lowes both sell concrete stain in different colors.  That is where I would start.  I am sure they could tell you what to use to seal it after it is stained.

Here are a couple sites that give you tips on how to.http://www.concretenetwork.com/stained-c...

I just typed "concrete stain" in my search and got about 11 million hits.  Maybe "how to stain concrete" would work better, but these are a start.

  2. go to the web site www.concretenetwork.com

Click on the link to floor staining....( Bob Harris ) has a link that will show you awesome D-I-Y  ideas....I took classes to do this kinda staining ....the Photo your looking at is very costly....something like this will run about $42.00 P/S/F

  3. That type of art is done on fresh but cured concrete.  The unsealed concrete has a concrete stain put on it in a designated pattern, it is then sealed with an epoxy. Most of the materials can be purchased at a Lowe's, here is a link to a DIY page with more detailed instructions.

The type of detail in this type of floor, is going to need several types of stain and a lot of time and planning to accomplish. If you are an artist and are able to do the work yourself you might want to consider buying the stain wholesale.
