  1. I read on wikipedia they do and you can't even get citizenship even when you're born there.

  2. yeah,as long as you speak japanese

  3. they are aware of their superioty in asia and dominance of asia (economically, in military and in culture), and will look down on other asians, especially south-east asians because they simply think they are a better race of human. but i find that that is generally the older generations, most younger people will be very friendly and hospitable, and im sure that youll have a great time in japan.

there are alot of things you need to remember when in japan, and you need to tread very carefully because its very easy to offend Japanese. id recommend reading about eating etiquette (VERY important, especially what you can/cant do with chopsticks), and im sure just by browsing or asking people you can learn about some of their culture.

and dont forget to bow :)

edit: never say 'j*p'. its not a shortened version of japanese, its a racial name used by the americans in world war 2. calling a japanese person or referring to their culture as 'j*p' is like saying 'n*gga' to a black person.

  4. well at an extent ur true...but Japanese are more reserved..they have rich culture which they strictly follow...however i have also learnt that japanese are friendly too...my friend did go to japan as an english teacher and she expressed me that they are really nice people...for more information go to wikitravel.org and then type Japan in search u would get all information there...hope it helps !!

  5. In Japan, there is a lot of xenophobia, especially if you have a darker complexion.

  6. Yes I have heard that they are more reserved and are not as welcoming as the chinese.

As long as you speak the language (basic) and are down to earth everything will be fine.
