  1. no =_=;;

    sushi is one of japanese traditional dishes

    but it doesn't mean that japanese people eat it everyday

  2. No, this is not true.

    There are a variety of food in Japan.

    For example, there are fast food restaurants, for one [McDonalds, Mos Burger...]

    There are Japanese bento boxes, which are boxes with an assortment of meat and vegetables and sometimes a small dessert.  Usually, the cheaper bento can be bought in supermarkets and it is simple.  These bento boxes are presumably brought to work, however, bento boxes are generally brought from home [as in they cook the food and put it in the box themselves, if that makes sense].

    There are many types of noodles as well.

    One that is extremely well known, probably, is ramen?  It is a thinner type of noodles with a variety of meat and vegetables added on the side.

    There are udon noodles which can be served with a plate on the side, such as tempura or some type of meat.

    There are soba noodles where a person dips the noodle into something like soy sauce and wasabi [the wasabi and sauce is completely optional, however, if you do not dip the noodle into the sauce and wasabi, there is most likely no taste].

    There is sushi, but it's not like they will eat it everyday.  Also, their version of sushi is different from the American version.  The ones with nori [seaweed] wrapped around rice with meat/vegetables inside is a California roll.  Japanese sushi is sashimi [raw fish] placed ontop of a ball of rice, sometimes a thin slice of nori will be used to tie it up [usually for the egg sushi, where there is a sweet slice of egg placed ontop of rice].

    That's about all I can think of at the moment.

    I hope this helped a bit.
