God said to have "No graven Image" and I just wondered what the Jewish people had.

  1. It depends on the group, Reform temples some conservative and even some orthodox temples do have some adornments in the temple, usually menorahs, tree of life, representations of a Torah, but no statues, most of the adornment in a temple is reserved for the ark and the Torahs, the books of Moses. However in a Synagogue there are pictures and paintings of an historical or educational nature, the difference is that a Synagogue is also a school or Schul, and a temple is only for worship.
