I think in some concerts they are,but only sometimes. Like in the NYC concert in their jonas brothers bonus album.Joe kinda sings great and perfect while nicks kinda you know "LIVE".i had a feeling joe was lyp syncing.But im not sure.Maybe he really does sound great.LOL

And in the disney channel games last year.When they performed kids of the future,Nick's voise is kinda soft,and i cant barely hear it,and it sounds waay different from the studio type.While joe's voice was kinda the same in the studio type,from what i heard its perfect.So maybe he also was lyp syncing in that part.
