i mean in terms of facilities. Do the Komtar fulfill the local people needs and tourist as well

Of course NOT!

First, dont get stomach ache there...the toilet...omg...u rather pee on the roadside. And guess what, u have to PAY to get in.

Sometimes there'r beggers loitering around. Not much fun there.

BUT...the shopping mall beside Komtar- The Prangin Mall is ok. Like other shopping mall in Msia. And the toilets r better...
