Question:

Do Landlords look at payment hisotry or FICOs when looking at credit?

I have excellent payment history with over 50 accounts in my hisotyr on time and only 1 that was not and was settled a few years ago.

However, I have some high balances right now which has kept my FICO down.

I am wondering if landlords are looking at the FICOs or just the payment history?

Thanks.
