Do Little People always marry people of similar stature?

I recently read a quote that was talking about the show "The Littlest Groom", that implied that most, (if not all) Little People marry other Little People. Are there female Little People who marry Average Height men, or is this taboo? Do all male Little People marry women who are of similar height to them? Biologically I don't see why people of dissimilar heights couldn't marry and have children, so is this a cultural thing?

it's not that it's taboo, it's that like often marries like.  they have their own community much like the deaf community.  i have my own community as well.  when my girlfriend met and married her husband she told me about him.  "he's nice, warm strong etc, but he's not a surfer".  of course we like him, but they don't usually go on surf trips with us.  our group surfs, simple as that.

i see her now as a mommy.  sometimes we meet at the park or have bbq.  you possibly hang out with folks that you like too.

but i know many men that would enjoy a 3 foot wife.

Let's just say that Verne Troyer would be dating way out of his league were that true. ;)

There's nothing taboo about little people/big people combinations... as long as they can deal with each other, it could work out just fine.
