i hope not i luv chinese food and have a fairly high IQ (150+) i truly share you fear but (bites on egg roll) i wll turn my experiance intoa reasearch project thanks for inspiration not tomuch any more

They're really bad for you. I would suggest avoiding them entirely. Also beware of the ingredient "yeast extract", which is just MSG in disguise!
