Do Marine Bioligist make alot of money?

No, but they can have some very unique opportunities. A couple of friends are micro-biologists (many years of demanding schooling). They make peanuts, but get to travel to some of the most remote places on the planet.

They absolutely love their jobs.

I suspect that some pretty cool opportunities are there for the marine biologist as well.

I don't think its a profession that's so in-demand. But I guess it actually depends on what you do as a marine bio. My aunt is a marine bio and she's a professor, she always has been since she graduated but she spent a few years in the field to do a study. Marine bios can do work in the field and do research and studies. They can also work in water parks like Marine World. There's a lot that you can do as a marine bio. My suggestion is to research the other applications of the study. I assume that nowadays because of global warming, pollution and all these natural disasters, there's more that a marine bio is called to do.

I wanted to be a marine bio. my aunt took me to scuba diving trips in a tropical country. It was amazing. But I think I'll make it  a hobby rather than a profession. Good Luck!
