Do Marine Speakers work well in Cars?

Marine speakers differ from regular car speakers in that they are made to withstand the harsher environment that they will be subjected to such as salt and water. They are made of corrosion resistant materials like polyproplene and rubber surrounds and the grills are usually white abs plastic to reflect the sunlight. Hardware is usually stainless steel. They will work just as well in an automobile. They cost more than the equivalent for car use model.

oh yeah, lots of offroaders like people with jeeps, use them.

they will work just like a regular speaker, and will have more bass.
