and apparently jamie oliver proved yonks ago that mcdonalds make their chicken nuggets from waste chicken that has been chucked in the trash is this true !?

No, the chicken nuggest are made from chicken breast and the salads do not have any salt... I used to work there a long time ago and we mixed the salads our selves.

yes. a lot of the toppings have their own salt to add to the actual salad itself

Yes they do put salt in their salads. they make their chicken nuggets from the bits that are left on the bone, no not the bin, otherwise they wudnt taste nice!
