Do Method cleaning products clean and disinfect as well as traditional cleaners with bleach and ammonia?

I would like to change over to biodegradable, greener cleaning options, but I don't know if I can get rid of my Lysol! Any suggestions? Should I go half and half?

I have been using method for about five years now.  It does a great job.  All the disinfectants that are used routinely in many households are actually counterproductive......we build up immunities to the common germs that we are exposed to over time.  Also, most any cleaner will provide a certain amount of disinfection.

I like Method. The bottles are great looking.

I will never give up my Lysol, Clorox , pledge,pine sol,dawn dish soap,or pledge multi surface.
